Powerback Rehabilitation To You, a service of Powerback Rehabilitation, allows individuals to continue medically-necessary outpatient rehabilitation therapy services in the comfort and privacy of their own homes and communities. Instead of providing care in a clinic, our licensed and credentialed therapists travel to provide treatment in an individual’s private residence or assisted living center/independent living community.

Individuals do not need to be confined to the home to qualify for our services. As long as an individual demonstrates medical necessity for physical, occupational and/or speech therapy services, Powerback Rehabilitation To You may be covered by Medicare Part B and other private insurance.
